What happens if you don't qualify? I'm 66 years old and own my home but it is a single wide trailer is their anything I can do.

If you don't qualify you can always get a traditional mortgage loan.

Some mobile homes they will accept. It depends on the individual home and whether it is strapped down, underpinned, how it looks, been kept up, etc. They will never lend more than the home is worth. You will just have to find out.
