THE ROOF LEAKES

What happens if I don't make repairs on my home as they happen, some of them can be put off as they all cost and I'm living on a budget even with the loan.

That is right, how will they know. But why would you want to live in a house where the roof leakes for heaven sakes

I'm sure if the roof falls in and someone from the bank or where ever you get the money drives by and sees it gone they will suspect something. It is in the contract you signed to keep the house in good shape. What are you trying to do pull a fast one. All you are doing is taking a chance of losing your home.

I'm sure at your death or when you or your spouse no longer live in the home that the lender will check the house and the repairs will come off the top of the money that may be left to your heirs.
