Are there other fees involved in acquiring a reverse mortgage loan.

Yes there are other fees involved These can include a loan origination fee, appraisal fees and closing costs. A reverse mortgage may also come with a servicing fee.

loan origination fee, appraisal fees and closing costs,servicing fee, these are the only other ones I can think of. These are all figured in when you first do your loan.
