SPOUSE NAME ON TITLE Empty SPOUSE NAME ON TITLE

Does your spouse's name need to be on the title of the home and/or on the reverse loan? The language says the spouse can stay in the home after my death because they will be the "last surviving borrower". What happens if her name is not on the loan, or the title, but I've left the home to her? I need to know this?
